Assessment:
As the first step in forming a partnership, we familiarize ourselves with the needs of your business. To achieve this we perform personal interviews with senior management and all levels of field associates. Our purpose is to identify the short and long terms goals of the company, communication practices and vision of your business.
In addition we review all present training, evaluate current compliance and determine the effectiveness of your training based on the existing model.
Comprehensive Plan:
We develop a comprehensive Content Development Plan that establishes a simple, straight forward, repeatable curriculum for all levels of field associates. The plan is designed to streamline the training process, drive performance immediately throughout all locations and align the organization with consistent training.
Production:
TSi then produces all training materials needed accordingly to execute throughout the chain. This includes online, manuals, workbooks, headset training, and live seminar training. All material is developed using our patented process called LTraining¨.
Follow Up:
As training modules are rolled out, store managers and associates will be contacted to make sure they have and are using all of the training materials. In addition, we will conduct store surveys to learn how the programs are being received through direct feedback. We will follow trends in targeted performance metrics, keep material in the field up to date and make adjustments to content based on changing business needs and strategies. |
